I normally post on the porsche forum and this is like seeing a 996 GT3RS for 30k....Do miles really hurt the value?

Fantastic value if that's in good nick, regardless of milage; a lot of the CSes I've seen on the market over the last year or two haven't been THAT low milage anyway.
