Find the owner of WLK3

How do I find the owner of this registration number?
I have something that would be of interest to them.
The number is on a 1959 Chevrolet Impala and I have the original registration book with the first owners details I am sure it must have a value .
What do you think?

Approach the DVLA perhaps?

Ask them to pass your details on to them.

Its the only legal way I can think of doing it. Don't know how helpful the DVLA would be though

I just think the owner of the Chevrolet may like to have the original document
as it has had the same number from new in 1959.
Shame was not owned by Elvis!

I'd be chuffed if I had a classic car like that and I could have the very first reg doc.
Especially if I was a car show beardy.

Thanks John P I agree and its a suprise that the plate, WLK3 hasnt been lifted and sold in the past 50 years? out of interest what would that plate be worth?
