I'm kind of on the lookout for something nice (T350 or Maser 4200) at the moment. I'll be honest, I'm at the 50/50 serious stage rather than the 'cash burning a hole' stage.
So does that look dodgy? I work in Gloucester so could potentially go round but I'm always a little suspicious of ads with no interior pictures.
I realise it's high mileage (for a TVR) which may account for the seemingly good price. Any advice?

Doesn't look like a typical scammers advert, looks very genuine to me. May just be the high-ish mileage that is prompting his price.
If you work in Gloucester go and have a look, you may end up with a bargain.

Looks legit to me. Ad has 3 pics and vendor is honest about the slight niggles the car has.
He's probably bought it for the summer and now winter is around the corner, the car is on its way.

Either way, ad looks legit. I don't know the car. It could be great. You don't know until you go and have a look at it.

Certainly an unusual way to write an ad: if this was extrapolated to all of Autotrader, the internet would crash! (and UK productivity would fall to 0 as we all read "just another chapter" in our lunch breaks). I'm wondering what the original context was: anyone looking at TVRs doesn't need a potted history of the company. Equally if I were selling; I wouldn't be quoting delivery to London and...er.....Florida.
Remember that (regardless of debate), the price of a T350 is equal to the point at which the seller's desire to get rid (governed by whatever) is equal to a buyer's desire to purchase. The car looks reasonable though the ad is missing at least one apostrophe and quite a few commas - see if you can get the seller to throw these in for the price?

I still say its pretty strongly priced given the mileage. I'd be factoring in a rebuild if I was to negotiate on the price.
