SOLD MY NUMBER PLATE ON EBAY - HOW DO I TRANSFR TO NEW OWNER

Just sold my private plate on ebay last night, currently on a V778 retention cert. How do I transfer it to the new owner?

I want to change the new owner as the Grantee?

Thought at first it was dead easy but now seems i was mistaken into thinking nominee was a new grantee.
