Multi car insurance policy
Discussion
Hello All,
the insurance renewal is coming around in a couple of weeks and I wonder if anyone knows of any major competitor to Admiral Multi-car policy.
The thing is, we have 2 main cars and a 3rd. Most other insurance companies do not apply the no claims bonus on the third car.
So Mrs Ice & I have our own full no claims bonus but the 3rd car would not have any applied to it?
Thanks in advance.

I use http://www.heritage-quote.co.uk/multi-car-policy.c... and it does work out cheaper for multiple cars.

Mine and my girlfriend are both insured with Admiral seperately. When she asked about multi-car it reduced hers but increased mine considerably. Which is strange because we are both insured on both cars and live at the same address.
maybe they assumed under a multi policy youd use your car more with her as passenger b
hing at you putting you off driving and thusmore likly to have an accident
I went with Admiral multicar policy two years ago as it seemed far cheaper than other methods (At present I own two 'sheds')
This year upon renewal I didnt bother checking (doh! - clashed with holidays etc) and only checked after. It has turned into a complete rip off. I am paying £292 for my mx5 (Eunos) TPFT, and I have had quotes at £135! Did not bother checking the Alfa 156 after depressing myself on the mx5.
Basically might be good first year - but shop around and leave them! I know I will be next year!
