I had my Principia rebuilt a few months ago with Di2. It's ace. Yes it's stupidly expensive but then so is that frame you're going to plonk it on 
Who cares whether you have a bike solely composed on italian parts or an all CF machine or one made by a lone craftsman in his shed in deepest Wisconsin. Ride what you want to ride and just get out there, ride the thing and enjoy being on the bike.
The only downside I have found of going from Dura Ace (2000 version) to Dura Ace (2010 version) is that the thinner chain needs a lot more cleaning than my old one. If really clean the whole drive chain is virtually silent but with only minimal gunk on it (say 200 miles or so) it makes too much noise and needs a thorough cleaning again. It's only 20 minutes to give the entire bike a good clean and polish so not a big issue. More of an issue is those darn Look Keo pedals starting to squaek half way through a ride!
I think the frame you mentioned has internal cable routing for Di2 as well which will make the installation look great.
