What is the legallity of that steering wheel, when the mot manual states the steering wheel should be securely attached to the steering shaft. Even if it is quick release is this classed as secure.
Anyway this looks like a dual carriageway possibly with a national speed limit. The boy obvisouly needs to rethink his actions. Explain that after a crash, Honest officer it just fell off would not work.
