Passenger window down but not up?
Discussion
You don't say in what car but presume a T car - so, my similar experience in a T2S with the curvy dash - same symptoms, turned out to be the plastic button surround ( the bit that lights up) had come loose and wedged the microswitch in the down position.
So, when locking, the window went up, but otherwise went down without being pressed.
Easy repair, remove centre console, remove window switch panel, glue plastic ring back in place - simples

It seemed to think the door was open. Turned out to be damp in the door latch microswitch. Once dry it was fine so I sealed it all up with a liberal dousing of silicon spray. Been fine since.
