The 330km/h (205mph) four-wheel drive supercar is capable of reaching 100km/h (62mph) from rest in 3.4 seconds with zero tailpipe emissions during urban use, exploring the outer limits of both performance and sustainability.
Sustainable cutting-edge technologies – C-X75 has a zero tailpipe emissions range of 110km (68 miles) while running solely on battery power. As a Range-Extended Electric Vehicle, C-X75 removes the anxiety that currently hinders the mainstream adoption of electric vehicles. The innovative twin turbines can either charge the car’s batteries, allowing the supercar to travel 900km (560 miles) on a single tank or, in Track mode, automatically provide supplementary power directly to the electric motors to allow the car to reach 330kph (205mph)

What propulsion system is in the C-X75 concept?
The C-X75’s 580kW (780bhp) propulsion system has a 145kW (195bhp) electric motor at each wheel.
At the centre of the car sit two state-of-the-art, micro gas-turbines. Each turbine can generate 70kW, enough to sustain the car at 100mph. Combine both together and the car will maintain 120mph. Cruising below these speeds will ensure the batteries are charged and extend the range of the car to 900km (560 miles) – enough to get from London to Berlin on a single tank. In Track mode the turbines supplement the batteries to deliver peak power directly to the electric motors and push the car to 205mph.
