This was the message that come up on the forum today, I think I visit most days, how come this has happened today?

A few members have reported similar problems. It sounds like more caching is going on downstream of PH.

Nothing has changed on PH in that respect but I'll see if I can 'encourage' less caching.

Pressing your shift key and the refresh button in your browser should sort it.
