demand for single garages?

hey folks just gaugeing something few of you know i have a big garage, and a single garage. what sort of demand is there for single car storage not just over winter but throughout the whole year? i have a tennant for the single garage just now but being well out of a major city 20 miles away would that just be too much for people? your thoughts are welcomed.

er, you want to know demand for single car garage storage but already have someone for it in winter?

I would imagine some demand, slightly less than winter. HTH

I rent out a lockup in Aberdeen, and since it's been rented, have had a couple of other inquiries so there would appear to be a demand. Both were toonsers, so for an out-of-town place YMMV.

because i may build some more. had some demand but wondered if i just got lucky. in town isnt difficult when garages for sale in a decent area go for £14000and not a good area £8000.
