Any suggestions for places to re-lume a watch?

As the title. I have a watch that has a minimal lume. Where can I go and how much would I be looking to pay to re-lume a watch face?

It's a Zenith Rainbow. Only just got it so still need to take some decent pics. Will get on that this weekend.
