Is Lee Noble a Genius

I've been trying to conjure up a worthy answer to the related thread regarding the GTO3R.
I keep coming back to Lee's next car, hopefully appearing next year as the Fenix - something or other. Until then my answer to the question up top is no. BUT...
If next year Ferrari produce their Scuderia/CS equivalent for the 458 and it build's upon the Scuderia's reputation to the extent that that car built upon the CS, then Clarkson won't have words good enough for it. However, and the point I am making, if Lee, at the same time, produces 1 or 2 Fenix cars that perform with similar abilities then comparisons between the two are bound to made.
And I for one believe he will. And I will then answer with a yes. His cars are that good.
(After all Fenix will be listed alphabetically next to Ferrari - no co-incidence me thinks).
