Price looks a little steep for the age. Definately worth checking carefully under the bonnet and around the rear wheels for signs of rust, will also probably indicate the life it's had. If there's no rust, with that sort of mileage could easily have been a summer only car and spent winter tucked away in a garage.
I'd check the age of the tyres, with it's low mileage they'll probably be ok on wear but may need replacing due to age. Given they're 16" tyres it'll be a fair expense if they need replacing. Also, like with the Nevada you posted about before, belts should have been changed on age, looks like it wasn't been serviced by Mazda by that time so may well have not been done.
Definately worth going to see, even if it's a bit of a dog I'd recommend a test drive if you haven't driven a Sport before, the Bilstein suspension and 6-speed box feel substantially different to the standard set-up.
