The 120 Piece is discounted by £100 to £89 and then the additonal 15% at checkout.

That's a bargain.

Shame they never discount the torque wrenches.

Foxed me. I thought 'What are they doing adding an extra additional 25% at the checkout'?

It's 15% OFF, you dummies smile

I have a ten year old equivalent. Probably not good enough for actual professional use for any length of time, but a bargain for home use!

Must have got somebody having a bad day - in any case, repair kits are available.

It's all Draper/Clarke stuff anyway, but more than adequate for home use - indeed many people in the motor trade use it.

I bought the 100 piece set about 5 years ago and recently snapped the half inch drive short extension. If I remember correctly it had a lifetime guarantee, is that correct and will Halfords replace it?

I believe that's what they say - one way to find out!

'Uh, sorry sir, it's the lifetime of the PRODUCT and it's like, uh died?'

ETA A doubtless poor attempt at emulating teenspeak as one might indeed find at the checkout of said motoring emporium.

Got one of these sets free with some Mobil 1 a couple of years ago. Have to say, it's been brilliant. Have used it for all sorts. With this and a leatherman close to hand, I found I rarely had to delve into my toolbox for most jobs.

Got a similar one about 10 years ago and it's been brilliant. Find all their Professional tools really good for home use.

Thanks for this OP.

Does anyone know if we can apply a trade card discount to this deal as well?

Christ, with all these discounts, Halfords will be paying you to have this soon. What price are we down now? With original £25 reduction, 15% off, quidco's 3% and a trade discount. Flipping bargain!
