Best place to tap a switched live input?

Going to wire in a 4way cigarette lighter adaptor for my laptop and phone + 2spares. But not sure the best place to tap off the input from? I was thinking the stereo is the easiest option? Will it be ok with the additional load? don't really want to be popping fuses if theres a better place? It will be fused seperately as well.. Will probably use the place to wire my volt meter in at the same time.

And on an electronically related note, one of my front speakers is blown, I'm looking at wiring some component speakers in but need to remove the door car - is there anything to watch out for? Its raining out so I've not had a chance to look at how its removed?

Why not just wire it to the battery?

It's not that far away.

Obviously don't forget to fuse it.

I used the switched live from the stereo for my tyre pressure system that uses a USB type connector. All is fine.

I could, but I'd need to use a relay from some switched live somewhere so thought there might be a suitable switched live already? Otherwise if I leave something plugged into the power socket it will be another drain on the battery.

My concern using a supply for something else would be that it would overload.

The Cerb wiring is "adequate for purpose" but doesn't really seem to have any spare capacity.
