Having a Chinese tonight from normal high street takeaway.

Recommend me something different to the sweet and sour or kung-po I usually have..

Beef in black bean sauce, one of the greeatest foodstuffs ever.

Although duck with pine kernels is also very good!

I'm always amazed that people buy those sweet and sour lumps of fried gristle. More revolting even than chicken feet.

How about crispy ('snot really) seaweed and sesame prawn toast (hit and miss for grease this one), crispy duck pancakes, and quite possibly stopping there depending on the portion sizes. Maybe just an egg fried rice to finish you off?

Ask for chicken hoi sin, won't be on the menu, have it with fried rice tossed in chilli OIL. Yum.
