Paul, you are so on the same page as me, though having driven the W140 in 280, 320, 420 and 500 guise, I did find the 280 rather underpowered. But the temptation is there to buy a diplomatic flag holder and pretend to be an African dictator...

My mates Auntie at school was called Beryl.

She had a 40 a day habit and the beginnings of a mole beard on one of her chins. A gem means nothing to me.

Garlick- I very nearly bought one a while ago from the place I got the ranger classic.
Had I not been smitten with the ranger, I would have gone home with it.
Huge lump of metal for the cash- a little underpowered perhaps, but that isn't the reason you buy one?

Comfy, bulletproof, and envy creating tool extrordinaire- anyone with a vague wiff of petrol about them would surely want one deep down?
