not snatch backs - hand backs. ie end of lease / contract cars. Makes good sense for them - get more than just putting them to auction if they're tidy but can be sold at competitive prices.

They will put little things right, but check they are done before you do the final sign.

Lloyds get rid of the consumer vehicles at Oldbury. The lease stuff tends to go to their site on the other side of Brum.

I thought the one on the other side of Brum shut down years ago? They used to use both sites to get rid of Lloyds lease cars. The more prestige and lower mileage ones went to Birmingham and the rest, Oldbury. As far as I know, the other one in Birmingham shut down and everything goes to Oldbury now. Really straight forward, cars are well priced and staff generally decent I know quite a few people who've bought from there.
