I'm moderately amused by this; Druidism as practiced today is basically founded in the 18th- and 19th-century romanticising of an almost unknown religion, based on the work of people like Aubrey and Stukeley.

It will be particularly entertaining to hear how the "proper" religions respond.

Still, if it gets people out in the open air and away from X-Factor, it can't be all bad.

Synchronacity, as I read this thread we have Sunday Morning live chatting aboot Ed not believing in god and bishops in Parliament, it's not as good as the Big Question but it is OK.
And I also had this page up as well

They said they were Christian but didn't state whether it involved them going to church or not. They might only go at Christmas "because it's nice".

You only get a sip and they tend to leave the door open. Plus you can't tell smutty jokes in there. A pub is much better.

I dont see the problem! It makes a lot more sense than most of the other religions! worship the the important things around you that actually exist, rather than some fantasy guy in the sky!

This - Pagans have always made more sense than the later organised religions.

I'm surprised that it's taken so long for this to happen, what with our very own Archbishop being a Druid himself........rolleyes
