Here is one from Stelrad for their compact range.

Page 3 has the Heat outputs for different size rads. It varies with different design and manufacturers. So find a rad style you are happy with and you should be able to find some literature online for it.
Places like Plumb Centre usually have charts like this behind the counter to help you.

Sorry about that. Have just tried to update the link but, appears to be something wrong when linking.The link I provided, should go to wickes.co.uk so, go there then click on the 'Tools Electrical & Plumbing' tab. Then hit the 'Universal Radiators' tab and it should take you to the correct page.
