What suspension book ??

Im Looking for a book or website about suspension set up and tyres. i.e cause and effect of adjusting certain settings. The books ive seen go into too much detail on vehicle dynamics.

Could anyone help...

Milliken is absolutely essential. I think it's called race car vehicle dynamics. Pricey book but worth every penny

If you want 'Cause and Effect', Carroll Smith is the right call, but I think it's 'Tune to Win' that's the title you need.

Milliken and Milliken (Race Car Vehicle Dynamics) is for when you become a fully-fledged suspension and chassis dynamics anorak. It's a very comprehensive reference text, but it treats each topic in isolation and makes no real attempt to join-the-dots or give practical guidance on application of theory to real-world design or tuning of suspension systems (and the OP is saying that the books he's seen so far go into too much detail - which would definitely rule out M&M!!).

As an introductory overview of the subject (before you even progress to Carroll Smith's book), try 'Competition Car Suspension' by Allan Staniforth.
