I have a large garage/workshop and i have acquired

2 small compressors 1 a very quiet dentist one and a noisy reciprocating one

I have also got a HUGE airtank

My intention is to set up the two compressors and air tank with a changeover switch so i can choose the quiet one or noisy one feeding the big tank. The big tank will then feed an air pipe round the garage with a few air points for tools etc.

Now what systems would folk recommend for running it round the walls of the workshop as i will need about 20 meters of pipe to do all the bits i want.

i don't see me having any higher pressure then 8 bar as that is the safety on the airtanks

Last one I did I did in Durapipe. Easier than threading the iron and neater than hose.

I successfully used John Guest Speedfit Air to do what you're looking to do.

Try http://www.tom-parker.co.uk - they've got PDFs of the product range.
