Fantasy share trading

I've just signed up to Halifax Fantasy Trader as I'm looking to have a play and see if I can turn a virtual profit for myself!

So I thought I'd see if we could start a little friendly competition going here. Although I can't see how we can create our own little league, but I'm sure we could keep track of how everybody is getting on.

I've been playing this since Christmas, but getting increasingly frustrated. Does anyone else keep losing money while making trades. I'm currently eighth in the league but when trying to trade anything over £1billion it seems the system drops a couple of decimal points when buying or selling. I've 'lost' £10billion today while trying to buy. Is it just me?

Do it for fun. But don't for one second think it bears any relation to trading real money.

Trading is 80% psychology and 20% knowledge.

Fantasy platforms remove the 80%.
