Hi all,

Just got back from Sweden on Friday after visiting the Koenigsegg factory, these cars are totally out of this world, specially the new Agera, simply stunning to say the least. I was very lucky to be taken out in the Agera where Koenigsegg do some of there testing.

Here's a video of the Agera and some of the factory cars on display

Some pictures from the trip.

To say I want an Agera, would be an understatement, I've been out in most hyper cars, but this was something else!! I better start saving... lots!!! smile

Kind Regards
Paul Dalton

Love the CCX alloys!

Looks like awesome fun, it must be great to have the opportuniy to have a play in these type of cars!

The Agera looks like a nice evolution of the CCX style wise. Did you get a drive in the CCX as I would be interested to know whether there is a discernable difference between them, what with the already mad specs of the pre-cursor?

You also said you have had a drive in most of the hyper cars - do you have a favorite?

No driving on this visit, just passenger, which was just fine!!! And only in the Agera.

My favourite hyper car, is for sure a Koenigsegg, was before the trip, now even more so.

I love 'em just for the doors. They could be flawed in every way, but the mad doors would keep me amused through any trial or tribulation.

I'm not sure the facelifting of a poorly made car then calling it another name is on.

I've really gone off Koenigseggs to be honest. Sure they're quick but that's about it, they look cheap and they need a new car rather than yet another special edition.

The Agera especially is massively naff.

Look cheap! lol

To be honest, they have more quality than most super/hyper cars I've been up close too, and thats pretty much all of them! smile

What makes you say they are poorly made? I know the early cars had some issues but I think the build quality on the latest cars is top notch.

I was just saying to my friend that there is probable only three or four other supercars that can match the quality of the Koenigsegg Agera!!

More evidence that LEDs in cars aren't proven quality-wise:

(one of the DRLs is out)

And also - i bet you fitted right in over there, the only way you could look more Swedish is if you had a 6ft gorgeous buxom blonde on your arm!

hehe

Very jealous though, i'd love to go out in an 'egg.
