Hello,

I know the D3 is a slightly tweeked 320D but is there anything on the market to make it even quicker?

Thanks

It's not slightly tweaked, it's a different set up with twin turbo's & has been set up by Alpina with BMW's full blessing.

Have you tried one and found it slow? If so, you need a 330 or 335 perhaps.

I'd love one, but doubt it'll appear on my company car list.

Depends if it's the single or twin turbo setup. Superchips do a remap to 244bhp & 484NM for the twin turbo D3

I had this engine in my 123d, brilliant engine rev'd all the way to 5k rpm. Must be really quick with 250bhp.

As above, the early ones were single turbo and later ones twin turbo's. My mate has a single turbo one and its pretty impressive. There are a couple of remap options like the superchip one from memory as he was toying with the idea of fettling his.
