Is this a spam first?

I had to blink when I saw an e-mail from myself arrive.... the subject line was gibberish and it was for Gucci perfume...

I was at the PC last night when the thing suddenly rebooted and it was only some time later that I reralised ZA hadn't loaded... time for a scan methinks!!

yep this ones being going round for a while.

You get a short message from what seems like one of your contacts (or yourself). With an attached file.
The extension is hidden (so what looks like DISCO.TXT
is actually DISCO.TXT.COM or similar)

In Outlook, the filesize around 32KB.

the email reads:

check this
can't belive its you
your account
this is funny

and the attachment has the virus in it or is a program.

I recommend SpamPal if your using outlook.
Block its renames the file and writes text all over the code to prevent it being run.
