OSRAM Bulb upgrade instead of HID

Was looking at installing HID's on my 2007 Type-R, but due to how much it will cost, I think Im going to just upgrade the bulbs to the OSRAM NightBreaker range which is just a case of swapping the bulbs over instead of the full HID conversion. Can get Fogs, Sides, Main and Dip from autobulbsdirect.co.uk for £100 so not too pricey, but just wanted to check before I went and bought them:

Has anybody used these or done the same? And are they any good?

Osram Nightbreaker's bulbs are brilliant, as are Phillips Extreme (I think that's what they're called?

Tried both, would highly recommend to all.

I didn't notice much of a difference with the nightbreakers, got HID's waiting to go on now
