Thought this may interest some folk here.

A film about the TdF, following the HTC squad has some special theatrical showings on 21st Oct with a live satellite Q&A session with Mark Cavendish, Phil Ligget and Jason Berry.

The trailer looks amazing.

Great film, a fantastic night all round.

The Q&A afterwards was an added bonus.

Chapeau!!!

Yeah, I loved it. Some awesome camera shots you don't usually see, especially showing how fast the descents are! yikes

Thought Cav looked more than a little uncomfortable in the Q&A.

Stunning film, particularly the downhill sections!

Cavendish needs to learn to sit still when being interviewed, especially if miked up.

Going to have to dig out my copy of Overcoming now for a rewatch!

Was this a one night only thing? Or is the film going to be shown without the interviews soon?

Planned as a one time thing unfortunately. Though I hear that because the Tyneside Cinema sold out and so many people had to be turned away, they're going to put on an extra showing on 4th Nov. Maybe some other cinemas will do the same.

You can get the DVD from the website though. Well worth it, even though some of the footage will lose something on the small screen.
