Kid pelts rocks at Impreza, Impreza runs over child..

I'm gonna be un-PC and probably unpopular here but this is the fault of whoever was setting up the attack on the car - the video camera and photographer weren't there by chance - they've riled up the kids, told them to attack the car and one of them ran into the car - the car was trying to avoid the attack and the kid ran straight in front of the car. The driver was quite rightly afraid for their life and was in a panic.

Really, for all we know that could have been the first time these kids saw the Impreza hatchback. Let's be honest, everyone wanted to hurl rocks at it when it was first unveiled, it just has that effect on people.

To me it looked like the driver tried to scare the kids but didn't expect them to keep coming. The car stopped presumably to check the kid was ok and the attack continued. I'd have carried on too under attack. You could always phone an ambulance round the corner. They look to be slowing to check the fallout in the last frame and out of range. something odd was going on there as I dount many hoodrats are into DSLRs and l series glass.
