Internet radio - What are you listening to?

Pretty much as per the title really. I've just bought an Internet radio at home and I'm a little overwhelmed with all the stations. 6music is of course on most of the time but I'd like to broaden my horizons a little!

181.fm do a good range of stuff, but what gems have you dug up?

Planet Rock online, even though their on the "airwaves" too.

I currently use iTunes for internet radio. I am not a huge fan of it, could do with some alternatives?
