Radiator removal

Sorry to be a nusance but search is down and I have left my bible at work. So how do I get the rad out or tilted enough to get at the front chassis bolts and take out/put back the ARB?? Thus far I have taken off the alarm, washer bottle and two nuts towards the top of the rad. I have also taken off the top and bottom hoses.

What next?? Does the hose from air filter to AFM need to come out? Does the air filter box behind the rad need to come out? Anything else - it feels fecking heavy and stuck in place.

Yeh you have to take the air filter and air box out, as the rad will slide up into that space before rotating a bit to slide out.

You have to rotate it into the space left by the air filter housing and lift the bottom out first. Awkward and easier with two pairs of hands but can be done by one man.

Done mine (5 times!!) but never removed the air box?

Didn't have to remove the air box either. But I did have to drill out the little nubbins that the ties for the air hose clip onto.

.... and cover the nose with cloth, carpet, etc. The Rad is heavy & you will be a strange angle so good potential for serious scratches !!
