Toyota Corolla 1.6L petrol 140K miles poor fuel consumption.

Hi chaps,

Brother stupidly ran the petrol tank very low until it kangarooed. Any advice on sorting the performance issues it appears something might be blocked, she's covering around 50miles on 10quid would cleaning the fuel injectors with my ultrasonic cleaner help?

any engine cleaning? using a lower viscosity engine oil? new spark plugs and filters? I am not sure if you need to change the clutch for that mileage.
