Classifieds--email contact...not working?

i´m wondering if anybody else has recognozed the following problem:
each car i´m interested and therefore using the "CLICK HERE TO EMAIL" button below the advert results in a no reply.
i contacted at least 20 to 30 sellers in the past 3 months...and when i phone some of them they always tell me: we didnt get a mail from you.
is PH blocking mail contact or is there system not working correctly..or do they not transfer my mails because im not from UK?
