why do garages say this ?
I saw another advert the other day for an aston martin and it said "in the very best colour seal grey" when EVERYONE knows that not one motor car ever manufactured in the history of mankind has ever looked anything other than dull and crud in grey.

Wow, is that the level the RRS has got to? Decent and very capable cars no doubt but I would worry about the image. Although thats a discussion for another day.
I had a weird coloured E46 a couple of years ago and I loved it, everyone loved it, but any car dealers used it as an excuse to offer me peanuts. Nightmare.
As for Grey, Z4 is grey, I like it, doesn't show the dirt much either which is great considering I can never be bothered cleaning it.
