Have the High Court Judges given the reasons for their verdict yet? If so does anyone have a copy?

Ummm so it is now reasonable to have a confession of guilt placed in front of you whcih you must sign for fear of prosecution .
It smells, it all smells, ffs Tony's whippings boys or what. Last one out turn out the lights, or just hand over the keys to the immigrant getting off the plane/boat/train.

That's no different to the thousands of confessions extracted by means of rack or thumbscrews for the greater part of the last 1000 years, so I guess there is a precedent.

You will find that the extraction of confessions for anything less than treason was not allowed in English law.

Speeding offences dont quite match this criterion though
