Rear wheel tracking bar are the ends threaded left handed or right handed cannot seem to move the locking nuts one way or the other and I do not want to do any damage

Hi Alan,
One end is RH and the LH....once stripped off the wise thing is to weld a nut central on the bar to adjust the tracking.
