Ill keep it straightforward-- mirror controls, fag lighter and horn all packed up at same time. doubt its same fuse, but could they be on same relay?

On my '97 Griff cigar lighter and horns are fuse no.10 (15amp). Mirrors are fuse 16 (20amp).

The fan has its own relay and according to p.280 of the "bible" the cigar lighter is spurred off the mirror wiring.

Suggest you start with the fuses, good luck.

There is no common ground for relays from your description.

Remember relays have fuses for both the control & power circuits, failure of one will deactivate the relay & the other will cut the power supplied (to or from the relay depending on the wiring) even though the relay clicks.

It sounds like the main dash fuse to me, seems to change its moniker from dash / main / ignition - reads a bit of a non-entity but all becomes clear when you tweak the significance kind of thing?
