Black Rats

Many years ago someone told me that a Black Rat sticker on the back of a car meant they were traffic police. I've seen a couple recently and decided to research it and indeed they are, or should I say 'were'. They are now available on Ebay and people are buying them to try to avoid being pulled over!

Mate of mine bought a couple of policeman's hats from a souvenir shop and placed them on his rear parcel shelf reckons they work a treat.
