BBC badly kept secret? Local London BBC radio was alluding to Coulthard "reporting from a very special place at the Korean GP". Driving the safety car with camera's??? Any other suggestions of special places at the race?

It was quite amusing to watch DC and EJ perving on Lee when they thought she/the cameras weren't looking at Japan hehe

Putting DC in the safety car is a bit of a gamble from the beeb - if it doesn't get called out it'll be a big waste of time.

If it means watching a new camera style used in the race then it will be good.

i'm sick of watching the usual overhead and T bar camera's of the cars.
rear view camera's and more of the under chassis ,and proper helmet cameras would also be good.

If it's called out then it's something different for once anyway.

From Mark Webber's car so that Vettel has more of a chance to win the Championship?

Doesn't the safety car follow the first lap? So they'd get that at least.

No, that is the medical/course car, that follows the 1st lap of the race.

Not impossible I guess, he is employed by Mercedes and at least as capable as Berndt Mylander of driving the car too.

I think we are lucky to have Coulthard on the F1 program ,Brundle is sooner or later going to be getting on abit to drive the new f1 machinery like he did for ITV,so watching DC Drive the RB6 was good from a viewers perspective.

Having someone on the team who is also capable of driving the latest machinery to some degree, and be able to get footage of him giving the viewers an insight on the sensations of the car's like Jackie stewart and Martin Brundle did before is Great for everyone aswell.

wonder what happen's if the safety car crashes biggrin

We'd all be praying for a 'watch this' moment though... right?

Yes was thinking that - can't see him doing the safety car thing.
