hi all, i am building a sierra sapphire road legal track car, running a 2.1 pinto on twin 45s. i have spent a lot of money on it so far. i am going to buy a full polybush kit and i was wondering if anyone has used the poly bushes made by "Flo-Flex". they are half the price of powerflex but some people say there not worth it and just pay the extra money for powerflex ones. but if there just made of polyurethane, then how can they be so different? any advice would be great

My opinion on all of the polybush kits that I have seen is this - none of them fit very well.
You can make poly bush kits work, but they will require a lot of machining to get right. You will often hear people say, "Yeah the bushes squeak a bit because they are poly bushes." When in fact what they should say is, "Yeah the bushes squeak a bit because they don't fit properly."
If you go for rubber then you don't have this problem, since the rubber twists to permit wishbone movement. With poly bushes though, the inner crush tube must have free rotation. This is prevented if the crush tube is too short, the poly bush inserts are forced into the wishbone, or both.
A garage will fit bushes in a couple of hours, but if you want good suspension performance, be prepared to spend a weekend
