Does anyone here in the trade work with Cob walls - either repair or rebuild?. Would also be interested in damp proofing these type of walls.

Take a look here, this is what I'd be recommending for repairs. Cob blocks less prone to shrinkage

That's an easy one. Don't. (unless you fancy your house falling down)
Strip any concrete render and replace with limewash or lime plaster. Make sure the roof is in good condition, investigate french drains if needed.
