Have a look at Kerala - better than Goa.

Goa.

Cuba - one of the most disappointing holidays I've been on.

Haven't been to Goa so can't comment, but I have been to Cuba twice and will say this. Havana is quite unique I think and really interesting and all the music bars make it something else. First time we went we stayed in Varedero up north and there was very little to do or see, but 2nd time we went to the island of Cayo Coco. The beach was lush, much nicer than Varadero and it was in easy reach of lots of places to visit. Trinidad down south is really historical, with a revolution museum which was ace - if you find Cuba's history as interesting as I do... It was also near a rain forest which was spectacular.

It is like nowhere else in the Carribean and while I was in the Navy I did 22 countries in the region so I can compare!
