the M77 SPECS system

Wondering if anyone here knows, if these things actually work? I know recently of a car which was sat at 90+ since it came off each roundabout from Maybole-ish till Kilmarnock, that was 3 months ago, and he's still not had anything through the post yet.

They are on the A77. M77 doesn't start till Fenwick.

They have certainly worked in the past. Friend got an N.I.P for 62mph. It was the first set of 2 (I think) coming from the Kilmarnock side.
