It pains me greatly to have to announce that, due to having just moved offices, and the fact that my screen now points at the door behind me
, i won't be able to visit you all quite so often.
This unhappy state of affairs could last for some time, so say your goodbyes, express your regrets while you can. Or not.
I'll endeavour to start entertaining you of an evening instead, provided i can get the ankle-biters off their dinosaur bone-finding game. Salut!

what you need to do is to say, "this room just doesn't feeeeeel right!" Say it Loudly so a few people hear you. and then proceed to change your office around so that you screen points out the window! easy! Oh and don't forgot to finish off by saying! "Now Isn't that better!"

The exact same thing happened to me a few months back - as you can see I've not been able to post at all since
I did complain about the 'feng shui' thing .. because I'd been moved out of a corner & I felt exposed to the whole office. Nothing to do with berks being able to see what's on my screen of course
... so I got a plan together and formed an 'open plan' corner beghind me by pushing a load of cabinets together and piling old omputers on top of them....
Didn't fix the problem completely, but enough to get me back on here..
A couple of weeks ago, the person who'd moved into my old corner seat left the company... well suffice it to say that his seat never went cold ... I now have both desks.. ahh, the beauty of staff cuts
