Unmarked Saab 95 Aero - Surrey M25

Cruising along the Surrey stretch yesterday midday making good progress in a line of cars all doing 75-80 mph, a new silver SL500 speeds past in the outside lane, had to be doing 100 plus. Shortly afterwards a Granada Scorpio passes me less quickly but I noticed in the mirrors he has a car "right up his pipe" and is being flashed repeatedly from behind. The Scorpio moves across in front of me and an aquamarine Saab immediately accelerates hard past me - with the telltale LED "Police" lights flashed on the back parcel shelf (as a warning I guess) as he passes the scorpio. Obviously after the Merc then!

Thanks for that I'm currently driving between junction 11 and 8 every day.

not sure if they have still got it but there was a black imprezza with pimp glass used in Surrey and rumour of an EVO as well.Saw the imprezza at BoxHill but heard nothing recently so wonder if they are still around

I've seen the Saab about again on Monday & Tuesday this week on Surrey M25 at the Leatherhead turn off, hanging around on the roundabout heading towards Dorking/Mole Valley TVR at Chessington AND also on M23 Northbound past Gatwick where he'd pulled a victim! Surrey Trafpol have a new toy then! Reg. GX53...
