I have Tiger prawns, have already made some rice (just mixed veg in) but need to add a bit of something to the prawns before throwing it all in a pan and eating.

I have crushed chilli seeds, white wine viniger, fish sauce, soy sauce, and usual store items. What can i do?

Got any ginger?

I'd grate 1/2 a thumb of that and fry it off with a crushed garlic clove (don't let it brown), add a dash of soy and the prawns and let them heat through (presuming they're cooked).

'Wok oil' is the thing to get for raw prawns since this is pre-flavoured with ginger and garlic and can take a high heat.
