Dipped/full beam problems

Got a puzzling problem with my headlights at the minute, if anyone's got any ideas they would be greatly appreciated. At the minute, there seems to be about half power to the dipped beam, flash works but not high beam. Relay has been tested in isolation and works, but when in the fuse/relay module doesn't click. I'm perplexed

Right, I think I've isolated the dim/dip module as being the culprit, does anyone know how I'd go about bench testing it? Also, assuming it is that at fault is there any way to bypass it?

Check your earth connections. Those 9-pin connectors are rubbish.

Thanks for the replies guys, I ended up almost going mad then tested the switch on the steering column again and found it to be faulty sure I tested that ages ago and found it to be working! The sidelight part was working, the dipped beam not so good. Going to have to try and hunt down a new switch now and will replace the connectors at the headlight end as they're in pretty poor condition now anyway.

Not sure if this will help but you can simply remove (ie unplug) the dim dip module as its no longer required for MOT..

I did this with mine as it kind of negated the point of me having Halo lights..
