M8 accident yesterday

Anyone witness the overturned streetsweeper / road cleaner truck on the M8 westbound at the Fruit Market last night?

Am curious (and nosey) to see what led to it overturning in rush hour traffic where the traffic is normally pretty stationery at that point. And when I passed there didn't seem to be anything else involved either?

I drove past it at a crawl going the other direction, looked an odd one, sweeper truck was facing the right direction, overturned on it's left hand side straddling middle and outside lanes pointing towards the barrier, in the outside lane ahead of it there was a peugeot with damage to both the front and the back, barrier wasn't buckled badly from what i could see from the other side - work out how that one happened if you can!

There was another one just up the road a bit between junc. 12 & 13.

Overturned lorry & a mangled VW Passat Estate (complete write-off I'm told) ...

I saw a dark red polo spin out after it appeared to have collided with another car. That was at about 1700 just after braehead (eastbound)
