The Growler - 450SE - Starting Work at last

Well I have just bitten the bullet so to speak and booked the growler in with the chaps at Track V Road who did a great job when they did some work on my Griff a few years back ......

I spoke to craig who was very helpful and didnt laugh / cry at the list of jobs that seemed to spew forth !!!!

The Growler is booked in to get a health check this sunday and then by the time i can get to pick it up on friday will probably have a huge list of to be dones.....

I know the gearbox needs to be rebuilt ...
The engine needs a possible strip ........
A replacement roof ........


Still the first thing is to find out what is needed and then we can start with the plans and the excuses as to why the joint account is going to look rather sad .....

I am looking forward o the drive down on Sunday and then the drive back and hopefully it wont be too bad !!!!

Hopefully by the end of the year i'll have another great wedge back on the road firing on all cylinders :-)
